AIM FOUNDATION TRAINING INSTITUTE is the realisation of the Foundation’s vision to empower the youth of India with skills that would give them a head start to a brighter and more prosperous future. Associated Initiative for Mankind Foundation is an accredited partner of the Pashchim Banga Society for Skill Development (PBSSD) , which has been tasked by the West Bengal Government people. The vision of AFTI is to unleash the economic potential of India’s youth, thus boosting the Indian economy as well.
Associated Initiative for Mankind Foundation (Aim Foundation) is a non-governmental, non-political, non-profitable and non-religious organization, creating long-lasting positive change in the lives of the poorest and vulnerable citizens of India. AIM Foundation Association was established on 3rd March, 2016 by a group of Indian Development Professionals. Aim Foundation encourages change in the mindset to tackle the structural causes of poverty, inequality and social exclusion. Recognised for the commitment to accountability, innovation and collaboration; our work takes us into the heart of the communities, where we help the underprivileged and marginalised families in making them self sustainable. The organisation is registered as a non-governmental organisation to better pursue its agenda of working towards providing opportunities and enabling conditions for the underprivileged people of India for a better quality of life.
To help youth across the country acquire skills that are relevant to employers, assist them with professional counselling, and improve their employment opportunities.
To engage in providing skill development training and make available affordable employment-oriented and placement-linked training to youth across the country and contribute towards the improvement of the socio-economic status of the underprivileged.
